Why Arkna exists
When software can issue a refund, use personal information or act on someone’s behalf, people need a way to examine what it did.
A fluent explanation does not settle that question. The evidence may sit across several systems, and some of it may never have been recorded. Understanding an action depends on knowing what was observed and what remains unknown.
