ARKNA PTY LTD · ABN 46 692 660 165 · Sydney, NSW, Australia · last updated 21 August 2026
Arkna provides technical evidence infrastructure for AI agent activity. This policy covers the surfaces that can be reached without an agreement: the website at arkna.ai, and the verification tool at verify.arkna.ai. Personal information handled inside the Arkna product is governed by the customer’s agreement and its data processing terms, not by this policy. This policy is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs); where this policy and the APPs differ, the APPs prevail.
arkna.ai, this website. Contact details you give us when you request a review or correspond with us, including your name, work email, organisation if supplied, and the message you send.
The research list. If you ask to receive Arkna research notes, we collect your name and email address. We use them only to manage the list and send you a note when one is published. Delivery uses a third-party email provider. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we mark the address as unsubscribed and retain the record needed to honour that choice. If you want to know where the list is held, write to info@arkna.ai.
verify.arkna.ai, the verification tool. The tool is designed to read and hash the record file in your browser without uploading its contents to Arkna. As with any website, the content delivery network that serves the page records standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, the file requested). The tool has its own terms and privacy at verify.arkna.ai/legal.
To operate and secure this site, respond to your enquiries, send the research notes, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Arkna does not use computer programs to make decisions about individuals, or to do anything substantially and directly related to making such a decision. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and may complain about how we handle it. Contact info@arkna.ai. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
We will post material changes here and update the date above. Where a change is material, we notify people on the research list by email.
