ARKNA PTY LTD · ABN 46 692 660 165 · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Privacy updated 8 September 2026
ARKNA PTY LTD (ABN 46 692 660 165), Sydney, Australia, operates this website. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors, enquiries, sample requests and research subscribers. For customer work involving agent records, we agree the permitted use, access and handling arrangements separately before receiving the material.
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, any organisation or role you provide, and your message. We use this information to respond, discuss the work and maintain correspondence. You can browse without providing these details. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials or customer records through the enquiry form.
A sample request collects your name and email to provide access and allow relevant follow-up. It does not subscribe you to research updates. Tell us at info@arkna.ai if you do not want follow-up.
Research subscriptions collect your name and email to send new notes and manage your subscription. Each research email includes an unsubscribe link. We retain the suppression information needed to honour an unsubscribe.
With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics collects website usage statistics such as pages visited, referrers, approximate location and browser or device type. Vercel describes its default analytics as using a short-lived request hash rather than tracking cookies. Hosting and security systems may process request metadata, including IP addresses, separately from these statistics.
Optional measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement”. We remove query strings from the page URLs sent by our analytics wrapper. We do not send the contents of forms, names or email addresses as analytics events. We do not use advertising pixels or session recordings in this setup.
If you allow measurement, we may attach a campaign code to an enquiry, sample request or research subscription you submit. It tells us which Arkna campaign led to that request. We use it alongside our correspondence to understand which marketing leads to useful conversations and work. It is not a customer score.
Use “Privacy choices” above to change your decision. Rejecting optional measurement does not prevent you from using the forms or requesting the sample. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not erase information already received. You can contact us about that information.
Sample access: after a successful request, arkna_sample_access keeps the requested report available for 24 hours. It is a signed access token containing no name or email. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
Privacy preference: browser storage remembers your measurement choice for up to 180 days. Campaign attribution: with permission, a campaign code is kept in session storage for the current tab session. Browser settings let you remove stored information; doing so may reset your choices or sample access.
Some existing video controls remember playback preferences in browser storage. These preferences are used by the player, not to identify you in analytics. No page experiment is currently running. We will explain any additional experiment storage before enabling it.
We use service providers to host and secure the website, deliver email, maintain the research list and arrange meetings. Our setup includes Vercel, Resend, Supabase and Microsoft 365. Some pages request fonts from Google. Booking links take you to Microsoft’s booking service, where its privacy information also applies.
Provider processing and support may occur outside Australia, including in the United States. A local storage region does not mean all processing or support stays in Australia. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request.
We may disclose information where required by law or to obtain professional advice about our obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information for the purpose it was collected, including correspondence, managing subscriptions and meeting legal obligations. Retention differs across these purposes and provider systems. Contact us if you want us to review or delete information we hold. We may need to retain some records for legal obligations or to honour your communication preferences.
We restrict access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the public enquiry form to transfer material that requires a separate handling agreement.
Contact info@arkna.ai to request access, correction or deletion, change communication preferences, or make a privacy complaint. Explain the issue and the information involved. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will investigate and respond, including explaining any information we cannot provide or delete.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Your rights depend on the law that applies to the circumstances.
The verification tool has separate information at verify.arkna.ai/legal. We will update this policy when our practices change and show the revised date. Where further notice or permission is required, we will provide it.
